Saint-Just is a major centre of Stone Age civilisation; it is also a pleasant place to live. In addition to its megaliths, the town has countless places of historic interest such as manor houses, châteaux and other buildings. Set on hilltops or in the depths of the valleys, the windmills and water mills are reminders of days gone by when oxen pulled carts loaded with sacks of flour.
