Le Verger is a cove to the north-west of Cancale, flanked to west and east by two rocky headlands, the Pointe des Daules and the Pointe de la Moulière. The juxtaposition of a string of sand dunes, a coastal marsh and a vast area of moorland surrounding the fine sandy beach explains the wide-ranging ecological diversity of this outstanding coastal site.
