At Le Céleste 68, cooking is a family affair! At the helm of this bistronomic restaurant, Coline and Adrien have taken over from Adrien's parents, who ran a crêperie on the same site. The story doesn't end there, as the restaurant's name pays tribute to Adrien's grandfather, Célestin, who founded the crêperie in 1968! Here, generations follow one another and share a love of cooking and hospitality. Both trained at the Saint-Méen-le-Grand hotel school, Adrien and Coline offer bistronomic cuisine based on fresh, seasonal produce. Open from Tuesday to Sunday, the restaurant offers three different menus: ‘du moment’ (of the moment), ‘du marché’ (from the market) and ‘Le Céleste’. Children are also warmly welcomed, with a special menu dedicated to them. Located in the centre of Saint-Méen-le-Grand and easily accessible, the restaurant's friendly atmosphere reflects the family spirit conveyed by Coline and Adrien. Enjoy the quality of the dishes on offer in a modern and tasteful setting, to the delight of your taste buds! Open Tuesday to Sunday from 12 noon to 1.30 pm. Open Thursday to Saturday evenings from 7pm to 8.45pm. Closed on Mondays.
