New this summer! ALERT IN SAINT-MALO, live the experience of a coastal lifeguard
Immersive course for adults and families.
Duration 2 hours from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Location, Pont beach. Possibility of pick-up at the Tourist Office of St Malo at 9:30 a.m.

The association Nautisurf St-Malo, labeled National School of Rescue (ENS) by the FFSS (French Federation of Rescue and First Aid) under the tutelage of the Ministry of Sports, guarantees you the quality of the teaching of the rescue while contributing better training and safety of practitioners.

The sports rescue, born in Australia, is described as a playful and varied sport but also as a citizen activity that can be practiced by all and at any age.
Whoever practices this sport becomes autonomous and responsible in the aquatic environment.
He will swim, save himself and others.
It is a sport that includes several specialties, whether in the water or on the beach:
Swimming, fins, freediving, model towing, sand sprinting, paddle boarding and surfskiing (sea kayaking).
These specialties are inspired by the professional coastal rescue and the desire to "save better and faster".

The association's sports rescue club is open all year round for rescue, recreation and competition, while training in life-saving techniques and becoming a lifeguard (BNSSA, BSB).
