"Le Saumonier Dinard" is an handwork fish smocked house, created in 2013 by Rodolphe Belghazi, a smoke Master and directed by Claude Lenéel. During the visit, he will explain the diference with the industrial smokers, then you could taste the real flavour of smocked salmon. Big windows show you the salting, the smocking and the hand slicing. Visit (45min) every Thursday at 5 pm during the French holidays + every Tuesday in July an August, free visit.
