Breton cooking workshop:

Take part in gourmet, friendly and informative cooking workshops around Breton recipes with local and seasonal products at your home, your vacation spot (from 1 to 6 people) or in a professional partner cooking workshop (from 4 to 6 people).

Several themes to choose from: Breton lunch, Breton brunch, Breton aperitif, seafood platter, Breton desserts.
I provide in this service the foodstuffs as well as all the necessary equipment to cook the recipes selected together.

- Breton aperitif: we will prepare together several "Breton tapas" around buckwheat, spider crab and seasonal vegetables for an original but above all gourmet aperitif.
- Breton brunch: 3 recipes made around buttermilk, buckwheat and the famous Breton puck for a sweet and savory brunch.
- Breton lunch "return from the market": starter, main course and dessert on the menu of this workshop around seasonal vegetables, bouchot mussels and traditional Breton cake.
